My name is Ahmed Abed Sachit my grandson Master Zeyad Amjad Ahmed 4 Months old and weight 3.5 kg suffers from Large VSD, Continue Fever and Pneumonia, I contacted with Hospals via their Mobile App sends reports and requested for query and estimates. I received a reply within an hour, procedure description doctor name and estimate from top Indian hospitals among them we decided to go with Fortis Escorts Heart Institute & Research Centre under Dr.KS Iyer then we requested for Visa Invitation Letter (VIL) which is also provided within a couple of hours.

When we arrive in Delhi India there is our case manager to receive us who is also a very fluent Arabic speaker he took us to the guest house which is designed as per patients need. Next day we went to meet the Doctor for consultation he writes few tests reports came same day then my grandson was admitted on the same day on 17th of June it took 5 days to recover fully from fever. On 17th June he was operated for Large VSD and on 28th of June, he is been discharged from hospital in a stable condition. In this entire time there is always at least one Hospals member with us to watch our back special thanks to Sumera she is professional in her work but she is also tender-hearted & motherly nature she took great care of my grandson she makes him laugh and play, there is Meraj the active guy who gets work done in a snap registering to admission, collecting reports to get all prescribed meds. Our case manager Munawwar Hussain helps at every step translating us wherever we needed. We decided to stay here for a week more to sure that Amjad is recovering well then we will fly back.
