I'm a Psychologist and Psychotherapist, with 8 years of experience in the fields of child, adolescent and adult mental health. I currently conduct online consultations, and also practice at Surya Hospitals, K. J. Somaiya Superspeciality Hospital, and K. J. Somaiya Medical College and Hospital.

I conduct psychological assessments and psychotherapy with my clients. Over the span of my career, I have assessed and treated clients with various mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, OCD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, etc along with other psychological and interpersonal issues. I also have an in-depth understanding of child and adolescent mental health concerns like ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disability, and other psychological and developmental disorders. Some of the psychotherapeutic techniques I specialise in include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Behaviour Modification and Parental Counselling.
