After graduating as a physician from Dicle University in 2004, he began his Cardiovascular Surgery residency at Kartal Koşuyolu Subspecialty Teaching and Research Hospital. In 2014, he was an Associate Professor at St He Thomas Hospital in London.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating congenital structural heart defects, valvular heart disease and coronary artery disease.
