Established in 1963, Chandra Nursing home was founded by Dr. Chandramma Sagar- M.B.B.S, F.R.C.S (London), F.R.C.S (Edin), F.R.C.S (Glasgow). She was the first lady to complete triple F.R.C.S from the UK.

Today, reborn as Sagar Chandramma Hospitals, this facility caters to women, mother & newborn care.
