He received a gold medal for his post-graduate work in psychiatry after honing his abilities in two of the largest hospitals in Asia. His name is associated with several scientific presentations and research works at the national and international levels. Additionally, he has served as a consultant for the University of Melbourne's community mental health project in the Asia Pacific region.
