Dr Fadi Jouhra is an experienced cardiologist specialising in complex cardiac devices and heart failure at St George's Hospital London. He received his specialised training in cardiology at leading teaching hospitals in London, such as King's College, St George's, and St Thomas'. He specialises in implanting biventricular pacemakers and defibrillators (ICD) that provide cardiac resynchronisation treatment (CRT) to patients with heart failure.
Dr Jouhra treats patients with shortness of breath, acute and chronic chest pain, palpitations, hypertension (high blood pressure), arrhythmia, angina, valvular heart disease, heart failure, and dilated cardiomyopathy using customised evidence-based medicine. He also conducts a thorough cardiac examination. He realises that each patient has different needs, and he ensures to thoroughly discuss treatment options with patients to ensure that they are satisfied in every situation.
Dr Jouhra has a particular interest in cardio-oncology; he began his career as a clinical research fellow in breast-oncology at St George's Hospital and expanded his clinical expertise during his heart failure fellowship at King's College Hospital.
