Inclusions et exclusions

Inclusions

  • Pre-transplant evaluation and hematology consultations

  • Stem cell mobilization regimen

  • Stem cell harvest and processing (apheresis and cryopreservation)

  • High-dose conditioning chemotherapy

  • Autologous stem cell transplantation (infusion procedure)

  • Inpatient hospitalization for engraftment monitoring

  • Daily clinical assessments and nursing care

  • Routine laboratory tests during admission

  • Supportive medications including transfusions, growth factors, and antibiotics (standard regimen)

  • Discharge planning and one follow-up consultation

Exclusions

  • Additional admissions if complications arise beyond protocol coverage

  • Treatment of severe transplant-related complications (e.g. ICU stay, sepsis management)

  • Advanced imaging or molecular diagnostics not part of transplant protocol

  • Non-standard blood products or external donor procurement (unrelated in autologous setting)

  • Long-term follow-up consultations post discharge beyond included visit

  • Travel, accommodation, meals for attendants
