About
Dr. Surinder Singh Khatana received his MBBS from the University of Delhi's Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC). His training in vascular surgery was completed at the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Thiruvananthapuram. He received his MS in general surgery from the reputed Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune University. He spent 30 years serving in various capacities in the Indian Armed Forces.
His area of expertise is Vascular and EndoVascular Surgery, which deals with a variety of vascular issues such as occlusion, aneurysmal illnesses of the arteries, and venous disorders. He has more than 24 years of experience handling vascular disease issues.
He formerly worked as an inspector for MCI, which oversees the accreditation of medical schools offering MBBS and MS (Gen. Surgery) programmes.
He has worked with the University of Delhi and DNB as a teacher and examiner for postgraduate courses in surgery and vascular surgery.
