Trained at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai, India, Dr Fogla worked as a Cornea Consultant for 7 years at Sankara Nethralaya, before moving to Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad in 2005.

He specialises in anterior segment surgery, including Cataract Surgery, Refractive Surgery, Laser procedures, Ocular surface disease management, & managing various Corneal disorders.

Actively involved in teaching & training, Dr Fogla trains both national and international doctors in various specialised corneal surgeries. He is regularly invited for most international meetings & is a well known figure worldwide in the field of Ophthalmology
