Dr. Divya Prakash is a highly accomplished Paediatric surgeon based in Kanpur, with over 4 years of experience after completing her MCh in Paediatric Surgery.
She pursued her Superspeciality training, earning a DNB in Paediatric Surgery from the prestigious Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences in Kochi, Kerala.
During her six-year tenure at Amrita Institute, she received comprehensive training in various surgical domains, including Neonatal Surgeries, Paediatric GI surgeries, Minimally Invasive Surgeries, and Paediatric Urology, under the guidance of Dr. Mohan Abraham and Dr. Naveen Viswanath.
Dr. Prakash also completed a Post-Doctorate Fellowship (PDF) in Paediatric Gastrosurgery at the esteemed Postgraduate Institute (SPGPI) in Lucknow.
In 2019, she joined Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences in Lucknow, where she worked for 14 months, further honing her clinical and academic experience.
Subsequently, she served as the sole Paediatric surgeon at Hind Institute of Medical Sciences in Barabanki, near Lucknow, where she ran a Paediatric Surgery unit for two years and treated numerous children, making a significant impact on the community.
Before joining Amrita Hospital in Faridabad as a Consultant and Assistant Professor of Paediatric Surgery, she was the only Paediatric surgeon in the Barabanki district, where she saved the lives of many children.
