Recovery from cataract surgery is typically quick, with most patients noticing improved vision within a few days. However, complete healing of the eye may take up to a few weeks. Postoperative care includes using eye drops to prevent infection and inflammation, and follow-up visits to ensure proper healing and optimal vision restoration. Cataract surgery has a high success rate and significantly enhances the quality of life for patients by improving their vision.
