Professor Wong Wai Keong is a General Surgeon with a special interest in Upper Gastro-intestinal Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery and Therapeutic Endoscopy. In Upper GI Surgery, he specialises in Stomach Cancer and Oesophageal Cancer as well as Laparoscopic GI Surgery.
Prof Wong graduated from Medical Faculty (MBBS), National University of Singapore in 1984. He subsequently obtained his Fellowship in Surgery (FRCS) from Royal College of Edinburgh, UK in 1990 and became a Member of Fellow of Academy of Medicine (FAMS), Singapore in 1996.
Prof Wong then went to Japan, England, and Hong Kong to receive training in Upper GI Surgery and Endoscopy.
